The furnace, with a gas generator, can prepare endothermic gas for neutralizing the furnace atmosphere under a special catalyst and by combining air and methane. This method prevents parts from carburization and provides better control over surface hardening.
B- Magnetic conveyor belt:
This belt can prevent possible damage caused by parts colliding or coming into contact with each other along the operation path. This is very important for sensitive parts and for preventing gear screw abrasion.
C- Fully automatic system:
The line, with a fully automatic system, is capable of controlling the furnace cycle time along the path without human intervention.
D- Modern blackening:
The furnace, with blackening and drying at the end of the line, blackens the parts with the best quality and prevents possible corrosion.
